- Cotton yarn made from high quality cotton fiber for the production of knitted fabric.
- Then, in circular knitting department raw fabric is being knitted for dyeing.
- Knitted fabric goes through several stages of quality control.
- Next, the cloth goes to the dyeing section, where active dyes are released from the smooth fabric.
- Ready canvas, for additional processing, passes through rotary printing, digital printing with the use of reactive ink, and also oblagorajivayutsya pri pomoshchi vorsovalnoy mashiny, which gives the peach effect.
- The cloth, which has passed the final stages of production, is sent to the cutting shop, where the detailed cut is sorted and transferred to the silk-screen printing process, as well as to the production process.
